Before starting to book please note the following points

  • If you have difficulty in using the form please use the comments box and let me know what you are having  difficulty with.
  • Each person who wishes to attend the Rally will need to complete an online form.
  • Adults responsible for under 18’s need to complete an online form for them.
  • There is no charge for under 18’s to attend the Rally and they will be able to buy meals at the Rally without booking in advance.
  • Please Note: all adult Rally Bookings include the cost of  a two course evening meal  for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
  • The cost of attendance for the Rally is £80 per person.
  • If you are sharing accomodation with other attendees, select the tent, caravan or motorhome option for one attendee only, then for the other people in your party use the sharing option.
  • Please only press the submit button once, if you need to correct your entry please send a message using the contact page.

If you are coming from abroad the please use the prevailing exchange rate at the time of booking.

Breakfasts will be available without pre-booking.

Filled Roll ~£3 additional items at 50p each

Please Note: when Booking for the Rally you are also agreeing to abide by the Site Rules

Site Rules

  1. All machines taken on site must comply with current Road Traffic Act legislation. All riders must have insurance and a current driving licence. No under age riding is permitted.
  2. When entering and leaving the site please give full consideration for others and have regard to safety and at all times obey rally marshal’s directions.
  3. No open fires are allowed and the use of barbeques is not permitted.
  4. Tents must be well spaced and caravans and motorhomes will park in allocated areas.
  5. Bikes, cars and vans are not allowed on the grass.
  6. After unloading all cars and vans must park on the public road or in the car park in the village.
  7. Any accidents or incidents must be reported to reception.
  8. Dogs must be kept under control and any ‘dog mess’ cleared promptly by dog owners
  9. All vehicles on site will keep to the site speed limit.
